TAYLOR-DUNN BIGFOOT XL BATTERY SLIDE-OUT RETROFIT. INSTALL LOCKING SLIDE-OUT BATTERY TRAY ON DRIVER SIDE OF CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED TAYLOR-DUNN BIGFOOOT, WIRE BATTERIES TO QUICK-DISCONNECT INSIDE TRAY. GRAY POLYURETHANE PAINT

EASILY ACCESS BATTERIES WHEN THE DECK OF THE CART IS SECURED OR INACCESSIBLE DUE TO A MULTI-PURPOSE BOX OR OTHER PERMANENTLY FASTENED EQUIPMENT. THE BATTERY SLIDE-OUT IS EQUIPPED WITH A SAFETY SYSTEM TO KEEP THE DOOR FROM SLIDING OUT WHEN THE LATCH IS NOT FULLY ENGAGED. THE LATCH CAN BE LOCKED TO SECURE THE BATTERIES FROM THEFT OR TAMPERING. BATTERIES ARE FIXED IN POSITION INSIDE THE SLIDE-OUT DRAWER. A BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECT IS PROVIDED AND WILL NOT ALLOW CONNECTED BATTERIES TO BE EXTENDED BEYOND 12″ WHEN THE DRAWER IS PULLED OPEN: THIS PREVENTS ACCIDENTAL VEHICLE MOVEMENT UNDER POWER WHILE THE SLIDE-OUT IS EXTENDED.
